Nursery Irrigation:  Nursery Growers must have a CUP or file an application for a C.U.P. or Notification of follow BMP by Thursday January 31, 2008 or risk substantial fines.  Click on Sea Grape Leaf for Word Document that outlines details of what a nursery grower needs to have done by 1/31/2008 if they want to avoid fines.
